There's this new person in the chat room I go to...and of course I run Peer Gaurdian and it is blocking him. He seems nice, but does'nt share very much, but he is sharing the new star wars movie right now. But why would he be picked up as a bad ip?
and the spy-spilt3 thing at the end of his network is very curious to me.

Is this someone to stay away from or not? Anyone ever here or see this spy-split thing before?
