Remove shoutbox

Hi there
I installed shoutbox and had the same problem as other users here, and it showed up two buttons in the post option, instead of only one.
Anyway I would like to remove shoutbox from my forum.
I have already put the original files that were changed in the forum folders, but the shoutbox still shows up in the page.
How can I remove shoutbox completely from my forum page???
