does it need to be refreshed everytime a new user enters , or does it atuomatically index their files?

If user join in the room the share bot listed automatic their files.
And if users part form the room the share bot remove their listed files automatic again.

MCMA Tweak

Jimmy, you need to make a tiny tweak on the inquiroview.cpp , the word #bot# needs to be #BOT# for MCMA rooms (it seems fussy

)
Just as luck would have it, its the last line on the code page
Thanks to Elephantman for bringing this to our notice.

Armyman, the software has been released with sourcecode for those that want to modify or improve it, but its released under a general type licence, that means that when Bender and Jimmy, or yourself, make any changes you have to release the code you changed also with any modifications made listed.
This Program is free and no one should pay for it as the author wished it that way (Cheers again to Bender

)
I,ll be waiting for the next release Jimmy, Thanx

Okay, I have never ever been able to get ShareGuard to work for me. The new one says Error: Room name appears to be invalid. But I know for a fact it isn't. I always get the room name right. No space after it either. It has never connected to my room. I run it with WCS, I select that thing for WCS. I also have a router and a firewall, but I seriously doubt that is the problem.

Try using your LAN IP address to join the channel, does SG allow numerical IP addressing? If not you may need somone to help you change it to a hexadecimal version that it will be able to use.
Btw: to find out you LAN IP address
click start > run, type
CMD into the box and
hit return in the ms-dos window type
ipconfig/all
